HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND?

If you received goods that are significantly different from the description or photo in the sales ad and want to return the item , you must contact the Vendor through the portal within 48 hours of receiving the goods. The vendor they will provide you with necessary instructions on how to send it back.

If you return the goods and the Vendor confirms receipt, Sustainable Curators will return the money to your account. If there is a dispute between you and the Vendor that cannot be resolved, you may contact Sustainable Curators for assistance on help@shiftr.store.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The cost of return package is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is incorrect or has major defects. In this case, the vendor will also refund the cost of return package. 
  • Any items you wish to return must be in it's original condition upon delivery. 
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are packaged appropriately and arrive back to the vendor undamaged.
  • ALL returns must be back on the seller's hands within 14 days of purchase. Any items received by the vendor after 14 days will not be refunded.
